Plenty of wins in our latest retrospective.

Saturday 12th February 2011

After two successive defeats the boys bounced back away at Kimberley Town as we managed to secure a 2-0 victory. Combative centre back Terry Annable got our opening goal whilst club legend Dean Hankey got the second on his way to ending the season as our top 'scorer.
Overall, it was a difficult season for the club as we finished 13th after back-to-back top-four finishes.

A season that ended with promotion also brought a cup run as we reached the semi-finals of the Central Midlands League Challenge Cup.
The quarter-final came at home against South Division side Belper United and we comfortably saw them off, three second-half goals seeing us progress.
Kyle Ludlow scored the opener in the 64th minute, heading in Jamie Charlton's cross. Charlton then got himself a goal 8 minutes later thanks to a crisp half-volley. The third goal arrived from the spot in the 83rd minute, Kyle Clarkson dispatching from 12 yards.

Saturday 14th February 2009

Our first season in the Central Midlands Supreme Division ended in an impressive 4th place finish though there was a sense the club should have challenged for promotion after winning the Premier Division last time out.
After a home draw with Sutton Town in our previous game, we then welcome Pinxton to The Lane and defeated them 3-0; Rob Evans, Kier Webster and Lee Willson getting the goals.

Saturday 16th February 2013

Lee Easom ended the 2012-2013 season as our top goalscorer with 13 strikes to his name, one more than James Munson and Hayden Zaccaria. A big part of this was our game against Easington United where Easom scored four as we recorded a 7-0 victory.
Also on the scoresheet was Lewis English, who got a brace, and midfielder Sam Holmes.
