Money from Saturday's game to go towards helping local school buy a defibrillator.

Ollerton Town Football Club are happy to announce that all gate money taken at this Saturday's (19th January) local derby against FC Bolsover will be given to St Joseph's Academy Boughton as the primary and nursery school raises funds to buy a much-needed defibrillator machine.

In the event of catastrophic heart complications, a defibrillator promotes life by up to 50% and as such, with 240 pupils, it is essential that the school has one on the premises.

A recent letter from the school to the football club asked for our help in raising funds and the club were more than happy to help. Given that it's a local derby, we chose the FC Bolsover fixture in hope that we'll get plenty of people watching to help raise a considerable amount.

On top of this, several students from the school will also be attending the game, walking round with buckets if anyone attending wishes to make any further donations.

A reminder that entry to our games is £4 for adults, £3 for concessions and under 16's are free with a paying adult.

We hope that you can attend Saturday's fixture and not only cheers the boys on, but also help a fantastic cause.
