Ollerton's last home game of the year ends in a 4-2 win over Easington United.

In what was the only Central Midlands North Division game to survive the wintery weather, Ollerton Town completed a league double over Easington to move up to sixth and continue their recent rise up the table.
It was a fitting way for Ollerton to sign off from their Walesby Lane home in 2015 as goals by Chris Hewitt, Danny Wiltshire, James Foster and Kyle Ludlow secured the victory.
The two sides had previously met on the opening day of the season where Ollerton were victorious 4-1 but this time around, it was a much closer game played in difficult conditions with the rain and the wind having an effect on the playing surface.
Ollerton nearly opened the scoring in the opening minutes of the game. Kyle Ludlow fired a shot towards goal which beat Easington 'keeper Charlie Holden but Ludlow was left frustrated as Anthony Barnett got back to scoop the ball off the line.
The home side kept up their early pressure and they got their reward on 18 minutes. Kyle Ludlow was fouled in the area and after the referee pointed to the spot, Chris Hewitt stepped up to send Holden the wrong way and put Ollerton ahead.
Instead of going on to control the game, Ollerton instead took their foot off the gas and seven minutes later, Easington were level. Simon Haynes, making his first appearance since returning to Ollerton, couldn't keep hold of a Danny Conman shot and Mark Hutchinson was on hand to turn the ball home from close range.
Eddie Bishop headed over the bar whilst Chris Hewitt was denied well by Holden as Ollerton looked to retake the lead whilst at the other end, Simon Haynes pulled off a world class save to tip a goal-bound shot by Barnett onto the post to make sure that the teams went into half time level at one goal apiece.
Ollerton looked a refocused side after the break and ten minutes later, they were ahead once more. Jordan Schofield won the ball brilliantly at the back and after a quick attack up field, Danny Wiltshire was on hand at the edge of the area to score his first goal for the club with a great finish past Holden.
Six minutes later and Ollerton had another to seemingly put the game to bed. A lovely flick by Kyle Clarkson round the Easington defence played through James Foster and the midfielder did brilliantly to keep his cool and slot past Holden to grab himself a rare goal.
Ollerton came into the game on the back of a 4-4 draw with Clipstone in mid-week in which they had come back from 3-1 down to draw level. They may have worried that Easington were going to do the same to them as the visitor's got another goal back late on. Haynes was unable to get two hands on what was now a deviously wet ball and after it spilt to Barnett, his cross found it's way into the back of the net. What originally looked like a Jordan Schofield own goal is now being given as a Paul Wilkinson goal.
Any hopes Easington had of a heroic comeback were dashed moments later however as Ollerton scored again. After clearing an Easington corner, Ollerton broke well and Kyle Ludlow was on hand to finish past an advancing Holden to secure the win.
Ollerton have now only lost once inside ninety minutes in their last twelve games in all competitions. With three difficult games to come against Retford, Glapwell and Harworth before the year is out, a continuation of this form would certainly put Dave Winter's side in a good position going into 2016.
