Don Gethfield - Manager

This is the Gethfield's first managerial position but he has bags of playing experience; among them Coventry City and Ilkeston Town. He is proving to be an innovative and knowledgeable coach.

David Kent - Assistant Manager

Well respected in local football circles, Kent was Adge Owen's assistant before he became general manager, so Gethfield couldn't have picked a better right-hand man.

Adge Owen - General Manager

Mr Ollerton Town, guided the Town to several league championships before moving to his current role. However he continues to reveal a determination to do everything he can to make club successful.

Anthony Thompson - 1st Team Coach

Gethfield appointed this former Notts County professional at the start of the season and is making a great contribution to team development.

 

Neil McLafferty - Goalkeeper, Age 27

Not the tallest of goalkeepers but makes up for this in speed and agility. He also possesses a decent kick and is a top bloke off the pitch. Born an Ollerton lad, we signed Neil from neighboring Thoresby Colliery, his only previous club.

Chris Baugh - Defender, Age 23

Winning the players' player trophy in four consecutive seasons tells you all you need to know about the young defender. Baughy has a splendid attitude both on and off the field. Chris is one of our players who has come through the ranks of the junior and reserve teams and now is an ever present member of the first team.

Gary Panting - Defender, Age 25

This is 'Pants' first season as centre half and has taken to it like a duck to water. Very quick feet and reads the game better than many. No previous clubs to his name, Gary came through the junior sides then into the reserves. A very reliable defender who very rarely misses a game.

Rob (Bobby) Evans - Defender, Age 24

Rob has probably got one of the best left foots in the league as well as being a good defender who likes to get foward. We signed Rob from Alfreton Town and he has also had a spell with Selston FC.

Steve Smith - Defender - Midfielder, Age 26

Smithy is very comfortable on the ball. He definitely has the ability to become a first team regular. Another local lad who played for one of our rival teams Forest Town Welfare till we signed him. Played with the reserves until breaking into the first team. Steve is Mr Versatile and can play anywhere.

Liam Mason - Defender, Age 27

A rock-solid, no-nonsense defender and born winner. Very strong, reliable player and a great header of a ball, he would head a train if it was hurtling towards him. Liam's only previous club is Sandhurst FC.

Craig Stanton - Defender, Age 19

Stants is only 19 but he has great ability. It's rare he loses possession and is very good at distribution. Craig has come through the reserves at the club until breaking into the first team this year.

Alex Wilford - Defender, Age 18

Defender, recently signed from Rainworth Miners Welfare. Still only 18, but big things are expected of him.

 Tony Buchannon - Midfielder, Age 21

This amateur boxer has a quality left foot and is comfortable either defending or attacking. A left sided midfielder preferably, previous club Thoresby Colliery.

Jamie Allan - Midfielder (Club Captain), Age 27

Club captain and driving force behind the team in midfield. Never stops talking on or off the pitch. Jamie is another Ollerton born lad and a tough tackling midfielder who always gives 100%. A great influence on the younger players in the team.

Adam Atkinson - Midfielder, Age 28

Chris Booth - Midfielder, Age 28

During his time at Retford United, Boothy won the Central Midlands Premier Division title and League Cup. He is an intelligent and fine all-round player. hris' previous clubs are Retford United and Forest Town Welfare.

Richard Allen - Midfielder, Age 26

One of the most consistent players at the club. He's very strong both in the air or on the floor. A tough tackler on the pitch, with good banter off it. Left Ollerton to join Southwell City however he re-joined for his second spell at Ollerton this season.

Brett Watson - Midfielder, Age

The majority of the squad possess a strong Ollerton connection. Watto is an exception to the rule, yet he is very popular among all the players and is great company at the bar. Not a bad midfielder either.

Ashley Grayson - Midfielder, Age

The midfielder recently joined from Glapwell. Loves getting forward and made a great impact recently against Gedling Town.

Chris Beard - Striker, Age 37

At 31, Beardy is one of the oldest members of the squad but he plays like a 20-year-old. He's the type of player who can give the opposition defence a tough time with his pace and skill. Chris formerly played and scored many goals for Thoresby Colliery before joining the club.

Lee Wilson - Striker, Age 23

Leroy is a big, strong and fast old type of centre forward and while everyone knows how prolific he is, he can also link up the play very well. Lee is the clubs top goal scorer this season and is having a fantastic year. Previous clubs include Sandhurst FC and Southwell City.

Dean Hankey - Striker, Age 21

While at Mansfield Town he was touted as the next terrace hero. Dean is still only 21. A spot on lad with fantastic ability. A local boy however formally played with Mansfield Town and Teversal. Dean is the clubs second highest goal scorer this season.
